Good customer service; they don’t seem to be pushy on getting parts fixed as soon as they find a problem with your car for you, which I like. Everyone seemed approachable and friendly.
Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere
We purchased a vehicle from this dealership on 2/12/18. We had been speaking with Alex Ferguson the salesman over the phone for a few weeks. We told him exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle and had narrowed it down to about 5 vehicles. On his off day was our first opportunity to go out and test drive a few vehicles so he referred us to Kevin Fraiser who was able to help us and show us a few of the vehicles we were interested in. There we a few more vehicles that were available to look at for us at the Burns Harbor location and we set up a day to come and test drive those vehicles in Michigan City. That meant Alex had to come in early and make sure they were there for us when we arrived. A truck and a Traverse a Escape and a Pilot we now had it narrowed down. Alex called and said I got your Traverse but I don't think the truck is for you, it was previously owned by a smoker and he knew that would be an issue. There were some cigarette burns in the seat and he said I don't think your gonna want this one. We agreed and thanked him for his honesty. Once we arrived both Alex and Kevin greeted us and were very helpful. Alex continued to allow us and test drive the vehicles and we asked both Alex and Kevin for their honest professional opinion. We left happy and we will be picking up our Honda Pilot in 2 days. We also placed an order for the all weather mats so they will be there when we pick up our vehicle. We couldn't be any happier with the service we received from these two gentleman. The sales manager also greeted us and thanked us for our business and the credit manager Rachel made things very easy and painless for us. She went out of her way to get us a better finance rate than the bank initially was offering. Best car buying experience we have ever had!

The service center was excellent. We were traveling from Texas to Traverse City in February when our wiper fluid stopped working. This is a lesson to learn for anyone in the South. You must use wiper fluid for below 0 when traveling to these cold places! The service department didn't have the parts, but offered to have them in by the next morning. It only took them about 30 minuets to analyze the problem and make recommendations. We decided to keep moving and have it taken care of in Traverse City. We were very pleased with the quick service and honest recommendations at no cost! We encourage anyone in the area to make friends with your dealership and use them.
